As Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.

Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
- Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls
- Responding to general enquiries in a professional manner
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains welcoming and organised
- Supporting with general administration as required
- Liaising with colleagues and visitors throughout the day
Temporary Receptionist Skills & Experience
- Previous reception, customer service or administration experience would be advantageous
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Friendly, approachable and well presented
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working varied hours across Monday to Friday
- Available to start immediately
