Job Overview
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution.
  • Process customer orders accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • Validate pricing, stock availability, and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates.
  • Support promotional campaigns through proactive customer communication.
  • Work closely with the external sales team to support account growth and customer retention.
  • Proactively contact customers to identify opportunities to increase engagement and sales activity.
  • Promote new products, services, and current campaigns.
  • Liaise with internal departments including sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or sales support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and customer‑focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
