Working within a friendly and supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer and supplier transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Job Overview

  • Processing finance deals and associated administration accurately through the company’s in-house systems
  • Completing due diligence checks in line with company procedures and KPIs
  • Prioritising workloads to meet service level agreements and business deadlines
  • Reviewing and validating finance documentation prior to payment release
  • Accurately inputting customer and financial information onto internal systems
  • Processing supplier commissions and maintaining accurate records
  • Uploading and managing documentation within the CRM system
  • Providing support via telephone and email to suppliers and sales teams

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills, including experience using databases, CRM systems, or internal business systems
