We have a new opportunity for a confident Warehouse Administrator to join a small, friendly warehouse on a temporary ongoing basis. This role will require close interaction with commercial departments within the business, ensuring that processes are being followed efficiently for a smooth-running dispatch department.
- Uploading all stock onto management system
- Picking and Packing
- Processing parcel shipments
- Booking couriers
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Updating customers of courier/parcel locations
- Managing and ordering stock on internal system
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in Dispatch/ Warehouse department essential
- Previous experience of using ERP Systems
- Previous experience booking couriers
- Stock management experience essential
- Accurate administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
