We have a new opportunity for a confident Warehouse Administrator to join a small, friendly warehouse on a temporary ongoing basis. This role will require close interaction with commercial departments within the business, ensuring that processes are being followed efficiently for a smooth-running dispatch department.

  • Uploading all stock onto management system
  • Picking and Packing
  • Processing parcel shipments
  • Booking couriers
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Updating customers of courier/parcel locations
  • Managing and ordering stock on internal system

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in Dispatch/ Warehouse department essential
  • Previous experience of using ERP Systems
  • Previous experience booking couriers
  • Stock management experience essential
  • Accurate administration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
