This will be a temporary contract to support the business through their peak season, with various start dates available throughout November, working up until the end of December

Customer Service - Job Overview
- Responding to customers and potential customers over the phone in the first instance, to process orders, advise on technical issues or handle complaints
- Providing a consistently high level of customer care in an efficient, accurate and helpful manner
- Dealing with any delivery problems by liaising with both customers and couriers
- Working over multiple systems

- Friendly, polite and professional
- Experience within a customer service environment
- Confident working with various systems
- Ability to commit to a contract until 24th December 2026
- Must be able to work some Saturdays
