We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Installation Labourer to join a growing team installing warehouse racking systems at customer sites across the UK.
This is a physically demanding role that would suit someone with experience in labouring, construction, warehouse installations, shop fitting, or a similar environment.
You'll be collected from your home in Stevenage each morning and transported to the project site, so no travelling to different locations is required in your own vehicle.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Installation Labourer, you'll support the installation of industrial warehouse racking systems at customer sites throughout the UK.
Working alongside experienced installers, you'll use hand and power tools, move materials, and help ensure projects are completed safely and on time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys manual work and wants to be part of a hardworking team.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting with the installation of warehouse racking and storage systems
- Lifting, carrying, and positioning steel racking components
- Loading and unloading materials from vehicles
- Using power tools including drills, impact drivers, and electric screwdrivers
- Measuring, assembling, and securing racking structures
- Supporting the installation team with general labouring duties
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working at customer sites across the UK

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous labouring, construction, warehouse installation, shop fitting, or similar hands on experience is desirable
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work throughout the day
- Experience using power tools is advantageous
