An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to join a growing organisation during a period of expansion.

This is a senior leadership role where you will shape marketing strategy, increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and drive business growth across multiple areas.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead the marketing function, combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery across digital marketing, content, events, and communications.

  • Develop and deliver the organisation's marketing strategy to support business growth and commercial objectives.
  • Lead integrated B2B marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, strengthen the sales pipeline, and increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee all digital marketing activity, including website, SEO, email marketing, Linked In, content, and marketing automation.
  • Create engaging content and thought leadership to position the organisation as a market leader.
  • Plan and deliver a programme of events, webinars, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and business development teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data, and produce insight-driven reports to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and within budget.
