Working as part of a busy Maintenance team, the Maintenance Administrator will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activity, liaising with clients and engineers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.

This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation, communication, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Obtaining supplier quotations and preparing quotes for additional works
  • Producing accurate activity and maintenance reports
  • Providing telephone support and resolving client queries
  • Escalating urgent, overdue or unresolved maintenance issues
  • Maintenance Administrator – Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous administration, coordination or scheduling experience
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and in a stressful environment
  • Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous maintenance, facilities or engineering experience would be advantageous
