About the Role
As a Warehouse Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift truck while supporting the day‑to‑day warehouse operation.
This is a varied position, with a mix of forklift driving and warehouse responsibilities to help keep the operation running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload deliveries.
- Move stock throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders.
- Book in goods and check deliveries.
- Replenish stock locations.
- Assist with goods in and goods out.
- Carry out stock checks where required.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Support the wider warehouse team with general duties.
Skills & Experience Required
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.
- Previous forklift driving experience.
- Warehouse experience.
- Comfortable undertaking both forklift driving and manual warehouse duties.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety.
