Job Overview
- Resolving consumer-business disputes through mediation, conciliation, and adjudication
- Providing impartial advice and case adjudication using your legal knowledge
- Collating and assessing case evidence
- Assessing legal documents for accuracy and compliance
- Communicating with stakeholders via phone, email, text, and letter
- Communicate to members and consumers how you have reached your conclusion and how your assessment is in-line with current legislation
- Ensuring all case details and outcomes are logged accurately

- A minimum of a 2:1 law degree (LL.B) or equivalent
