Our client is an incredibly successful, fast growing business within the Green Energy sector who is looking for an Administrator with previous experience working on projects within construction or utilities to join their expanding team on a 12 month FTC.

Project Administrator (12 month FTC) - Benefits Offered

  • Β£28,500 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
  • Office based in Knebworth
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension contribution

Project Administrator (12 month FTC) - Job Overview

  • Updating internal project monitoring systems
  • Filing of and document control for project related documentation
  • Attend weekly/monthly planning and project meetings along preparation of minutes and chasing of outstanding actions
  • Support Project manager with Construction Phase Plans
  • Collate Job Packs
  • Support Project Managers with material ordering and Sub-Contractor quote requests
  • Collate and send out Job Packs, CDM & RAMS
  • Collate and Distribute Resource Planning Schedule
  • Raising of purchase orders and payment requests
  • Support wider teams when required
  • Ownership and collation of Weekly Works Report, Chase Site Managers & Teams for information and distribute each week
  • Ensure all Project related files are documented in the relevant folders

Project Administrator (12 month FTC) - Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven previous experience working in a similar administrative role within the construction or utilities sector essential
  • Previous experience working and coordinating projects and assisting Project Manager
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to follow processes
