About the Role

As a Sales Team Leader, you will oversee the day‑to‑day performance of the team, ensuring targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service. You’ll use data and reporting to track results, identify improvements, and maximise performance, while also playing a key role in coaching, developing talent and supporting recruitment.
