Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a varied role where you can become an integral part of a busy professional team? Our client, a highly respected and established accountancy practice, is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to their Audit team.

Administrator Benefits Offered

  • Monday – Friday (35 hours per week)

Administrator Job Overview

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the busy Audit team
  • Review and finalise financial documents prior to client approval
  • Process signed documentation in line with internal procedures
  • Prepare correspondence including letters, emails, minutes, file notes and engagement letters
  • Complete quality control reviews and associated administration
  • Maintain databases, electronic files and accurate client information
  • Liaise with Partners and Managers to ensure CRM records remain accurate and up to date
  • Set up new clients and collate KYC documentation in line with Money Laundering requirements
  • Maintain departmental procedures, templates and records
  • Liaise across departments to resolve queries and take ownership of issues through to completion
  • Provide additional administrative support across the wider business when required

Administrator Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience within an Administrator or administrative support position
  • Experience within accountancy, financial services, legal or another professional services environment would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative
  • Calm and resilient approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
