This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well-established business based in Bishop's Stortford. Working within a friendly and supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer and supplier transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. This position would suit an organised administrator with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Processing finance deals and associated administration accurately through the company’s in-house systems
- Completing due diligence checks in line with company procedures and KPIs
- Prioritising workloads to meet service level agreements and business deadlines
- Reviewing and validating finance documentation prior to payment release
- Accurately inputting customer and financial information onto internal systems
- Processing supplier commissions and maintaining accurate records
- Uploading and managing documentation within the CRM system
- Providing support via telephone and email to suppliers and sales teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including experience using databases, CRM systems, or internal business systems
