Reporting to: Head Of Sales

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. This is a varied role suited to someone confident with administration, customer communication, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Head of Sales with day to day administration
  • Updating and maintaining CRM systems accurately
  • Managing and updating KPI trackers and reporting systems
  • Creating and editing documents and marketing materials using Canva
  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls professionally
  • Assisting with lead generation and seeking new business opportunities
  • Organising schedules, documents and sales information efficiently
  • Supporting the Head of Sales with reporting and team coordination
What we are looking for:
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using digital systems
  • Experience using Canva
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems and KPI reporting
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
