At Lawrence Cleaning Services, we’re looking for an Area Manager to oversee operations, support our site teams, and ensure our clients receive the highest standard of service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing cleaning contracts across multiple sites in your area.
- Leading and motivating cleaning teams to deliver top-quality results.
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing staffing, audits, and compliance with company standards.
- Driving efficiency, performance, and service excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or area management role (ideally within cleaning, FM, or related sectors)
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with a hands-on approach
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites
