Lawntech is an established privately owned business based in Salisbury and covering the areas of Wiltshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Dorset & Somerset.
As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for servicing customers lawns on your dedicated route as you apply fertiliser, treat weeds, and perform other professional applications while maintaining exceptional customer service.
You will also be responsible for accurately measuring lawns, providing quotes and / or lawn analysis, and making field sales.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our expanding team and play a key role in the development of our growing business.
We are looking for a senior lawn care technician who is located within 40 miles of Salisbury.
Lawntech are proud to be the leading independent lawn care company in the South of England.
Based in Salisbury, we deliver professional and personalised lawn care services throughout Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Surrey and West Berkshire.
We provide a superb working environment along with an attractive rate of pay, works vehicle, plus overtime and bonuses.
A comprehensive in-house training programme with our experienced team will be provided to hone your existing skills to ensure you will meet the Lawntech standard of lawn care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing customers lawns on a dedicated route with the application of fertiliser, herbicide and moss control treatments.
The role will also require seasonal renovation works (scarification, aeration and over-seeding) and liaising with clients – providing timely advice, quotations and making field sales.A fully equipped van will be provided.
As a lawn care technician, you will be expected to have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service utilising your comprehensive knowledge of the lawn care industry.
Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are also highly desirable qualities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- The professional application of fertilisers, herbicides and moss control, according to an agreed schedule.
- Undertake additional and seasonal lawn care operations, including scarification, aeration and over-seeding.
- Complete detailed lawn analysis for clients/potential clients and provide suitable advice and treatment recommendations.
- Undertake administration in relation to the provision of the lawn care service and ensure the company’s software database is regularly updated.

Pay: £32,900.00-£38,000.00 per year
