Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Tennis Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our tennis offering and enhance the overall member experience.

Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks (junior and adult groups, social events, tournaments, teams & camps).
- Coordinate court bookings, schedules, and event logistics.
- Act as the first point of contact for member enquiries related to tennis when the Tennis Manager is absent.
- Support communications and marketing for tennis offerings (newsletters, social media, whatsapp & signage).
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, payments, and programme registrations via our SGH Academy App.
- Monitor court usage and provide reports to the Tennis Manager.
- Provide on-the-ground support during events and tournaments.
Other Duties
- To support the Club’s additional racquet sports – table tennis, badminton & pickleball.
- To help with other club events when requested by the Tennis Manager.
The Candidate
- Should be organised, knowledgeable, proactive, and passionate about the Sport of Tennis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in a tennis administrative, coaching or competition role.
- Confident using communication and social channels (whatsapp/Instagram)
- Hold a valid DBS, First Aid and Safeguarding certificate.
- Should be competent at using IT office programmes, such as, word, excel, powerpoint and outlook.
