Main Purpose Of The Role: To maintain and oversee the maintenance of the fabric, facilities, grounds, and installations of St George’s Hill Lawn Tennis Club (STGHLTC), using in-house resources or, where required, outside contractors to ensure excellent member service is maintained.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planned Maintenance
- Working alongside the Club’s team to complete site specific Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure their implementation for all areas of the Club, internal and external. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Air handling & air conditioning filter changes/cleaning
- Domestic water testing
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing and logging
- Pool water testing
- Reactive Maintenance
- Working under the directive of the Club’s management team to ensure that any reactive maintenance issues are resolved in a safe and timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Reviewing the maintenance log daily, completing jobs and noting updates where necessary
- Painting and decorating
- General repairs of Club property under the guidance of the Club management
- Assisting in set up of large-scale events and returning the Club to normal operations after the event
- Changing of light bulbs in a safe manner
- Other
- Any other tasks as may reasonably required to fulfill the duties and role of Maintenance Technician.
- To be flexible with working hours with night shifts, morning, afternoon, and evening works.
- Comply with the provisions of STGHLTC Health & Safety Policy
