We are seeking a proactive, well-organised Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy and friendly team. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The role is dynamic and varied, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing customer bookings, and supporting general front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Computer-based scheduling and diary management
  • Planning and organising vehicle routes efficiently
  • Booking customer treatments and managing appointments
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Managing customer accounts and processing payments
  • Providing consistently high-quality customer service
  • Supporting general receptionist and front-of-house duties
