Lawn Master Leicestershire is a family‑run franchise within the wider Lawn Master Group. As the only professional lawn treatment company operated exclusively by qualified lawn experts, we take great pride in delivering premium, personalized lawn care.
The role involves attending domestic properties to carry out lawn treatments such as fertilising, weed-killing, scarification, aeration and disease control (no garden maintenance or grass cutting) and also providing customers with recommendations and quotations for our services.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and hard‑working Lawn Technician to join our team on a part time contract. Initially 3 days a week, but may be more on a week to week basis. The office is located in Rugby, Warwickshire. You will be required to travel to and from the office every day. There is potential as the business grows that this role turns into a full time role.
Key responsibilities:- Professional application of fertilisers, herbicides (PA1/PA6), and moss control products based on an agreed schedule.
- Undertake seasonal lawn care operations such as scarification, aeration and over‑seeding.
- Provide expert advice, treatment recommendations and quotations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
- Collect and complete daily run sheets and return them to the office.
- Deliver customer invoices as needed.
- Carry out detailed lawn analyses for new and existing customers.
- Maintain the company vehicle and equipment.
- Experienced in greenkeeping/turf care (desirable – 2 years' experience minimum).
- PA1 & PA6 certified (desirable).
- A confident driver with a full UK driving license (required).
- Knowledgeable about lawn/turf care (desirable).
- Professional, organised and customer‑focused.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently with a strong work ethic.
- Fully equipped company van provided.
