The Role
Weâre hiring a Senior Lawyer Success Manager to support our Lawyer Success team. This is more than a typical success role â youâll mentor and guide Junior Lawyer Success Managers, influence processes, consolidate feedback, and act as a partial escalation point for complex lawyer scenarios.
You will also manage a portfolio of high-potential lawyers, helping them thrive on the platform while ensuring best practices across the team. Whether youâve worked in customer success, operations or legaltech teams, this role is ideal if youâre ready to combine strategy, mentoring, and handsâon execution in a fast-growing startup environment.
Leadership
- Mentor Junior Lawyer Success Managers and support onboarding and training.
- Act as an escalation point for complex lawyer issues.
Process Improvement
- Refine Lawyer Success workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
- Support rollout of scalable processes and playbooks.
Portfolio Management
- Manage a strategic lawyer portfolio to improve engagement, billing, and adoption.
- Lead quarterly reviews and key check-ins.
Consultant Experience
- Gather feedback, resolve friction points, and run training sessions.
- Collaborate with Product and Legal Ops to enhance the lawyer journey.
Data & Impact
- Track engagement, churn, and growth metrics.
- Provide insights to support strategic planning.
What Youâll Bring
- Strong experience (3+ years) in customer success or account management within legaltech or professional services and ideally in a fastâpaced startup.
- Experience in or with law firms, legaltech companies or platforms.
- Legal training, such as an LLB or previous practice as a solicitor.
- Can build longâterm, trusted relationships and communicate confidently.
- A proactive, solutionsâfocused approach, passionate about improving processes and outcomes.
- Enjoy mentoring, coaching, and developing highâperforming teams.
- Thrive in an environment where you can combine strategic thinking with handsâon execution.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by shaping a growing company.
