About Lawhive

Our mission is to make the law accessible to everyone. The legal industry is built on technology and process that hasn’t been updated in hundreds of years - that's why we've reinvented the entire model from the ground-up with our own bespoke AI operating system at the core. Lawhive is a regulated law firm with an AI-native platform built to amplify expertise and revolutionise the way people practice law, leading to exceptional outcomes for clients and lawyers. Lawhive Labs is how we bring this vision to life. It's our frontier lab that combines top engineering, design, AI and legal talent from around the world, joining forces to build the future of law.

We’re backed by top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Balderton Capital and TQ Ventures and in December 2024 we secured $40M Series A funding round to facilitate international expansion and to grow our team, representing one of the five largest Series A rounds in Europe for 2024. We’re headquartered in London and in 2025 successfully launched in the US…and we’re just getting started.

The Role

This is a London based role focussed on growing our US market.

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across outbound, inbound, events, referrals, and strategic account research.
  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects through thoughtful, personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person channels.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, urgency, decision process, and fit for our services.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives & Marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion.
  • Maintain clean, disciplined pipeline hygiene in the CRM, including accurate notes, next steps, and forecasting inputs.
  • Build repeatable outbound playbooks by testing messaging, personas, sequences, and market segments.
  • Bring structured feedback from prospects back to the team to help sharpen our positioning and product experience.

What You'll Bring

You will be a great fit for this role if you…

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, client-facing sales, recruiting, partnerships, or another high-ownership commercial role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics feel clear, credible, and human.
  • High emotional intelligence and comfort building trust with prospects navigating important, high-consideration decisions.
  • Organized and process-driven, with the discipline to manage a high volume of outreach without sacrificing personalization.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and playbooks are still being built.
  • Strong research instincts: able to understand a prospect, company, market, or use case before reaching out.
  • Resilient, coachable, and motivated by measurable goals.
  • A bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • Meaningful early-stage equity at one of Europe’s fastest growing startups
  • 33 days’ annual leave (25 + bank holidays) plus your birthday off
