What You’ll Do
- Compliance & ID Verification
- Send ID checks and client care letters via our e‑verification system (Legl)
- Troubleshoot client issues and review verification results
- Certify ID for clients using paper‑based checks
- Learn what qualifies as valid ID and source of funds documentation
- File Opening & Admin
- Open and manage new legal files in LEAP
- Ensure compliance requirements are completed accurately
- Support both consultants and the internal legal team
- Consultant & Team Support
- Help onboard new consultants and provide professional, friendly support
- Build strong working relationships across the business
- Respond to queries by email, phone, or Teams
- Collaborate with teammates to manage priorities and meet deadlines
