Post Team at Woodstock Legal Services: Our Post Team are an integral part of our Lawyer Support Team, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing post is handled efficiently and with the highest levels of care and confidentiality. They are also responsible for maintaining a secure file organisation system so that Lawyer Support can access files efficiently and accurately to provide first class support to our Lawyer community.

What You’ll Do

  • Incoming Post: Open, review and record all incoming post. Identify all incoming post by Lawyers and their clients and log onto our matter system. Communicate with Lawyers and their teams in a timely and open way to inform them of incoming post. Liaise with Lawyers and Lawyer Support for any incoming post queries.
  • Outgoing Post: Print all client or lawyer correspondence generated throughout the day. Ensure that all outgoing post has the appropriate documentation enclosed and is packaged securely. Maintain a record of outgoing post for tracing purposes.
  • Filing: Maintain a secure file organisation system for all incoming Lawyer correspondence. Create deed packets and store securely where required.
  • Archiving: Work closely with our Lawyer community to arrange the secure return of documents to clients or arrange archiving.
