About Lawhive

Our mission is to make the law accessible to everyone. The legal industry is built on technology and processes that haven’t been updated in hundreds of years - that's why we've reinvented the entire model from the ground up with our own bespoke AI operating system at the core. Lawhive is a regulated law firm with an AI-native platform built to amplify expertise and revolutionise the way people practice law, leading to exceptional outcomes for clients and lawyers. Lawhive Labs is how we bring this vision to life. It's our frontier lab that combines top engineering, design, AI and legal talent from around the world, joining forces to build the future of law. We’re backed by top-tier investors, including Google Ventures, Balderton Capital and TQ Ventures, and in early 2026, we secured $60M Series B funding round to facilitate international expansion and to grow our team. We’re headquartered in London and in 2025 successfully launched in the US…and we’re just getting started.

Product at Lawhive

We are a Product & Engineering company so these teams are the beating heart of Lawhive. We are a small (but growing!) collection of problem solvers who thrive on autonomy, accountability, quality and speed. We ship daily and we take responsibility for our own experimentation, and we're always looking for ways to build new products that surprise and delight our customers. Our values include:

  • Ownership - You feel a strong sense of responsibility to the products you work on and the people you work with - you want things to be the best they can be, sweat the details, and care that things get done properly.
  • Ship daily - We’re building and releasing features fast, going from idea to production in hours rather than weeks.
  • Empathise with users - Lawyers and legal clients have unique perspectives, preferences and expectations. We build products which understand them deeply.
  • Strive for excellence - We’re ambitious and moving fast. The whole business is pushing to be a category defining legal tech company.
  • Constantly learning and experimenting - We’re at the cutting edge of using AI to directly improve people’s lives. We take a blue-sky but pragmatic approach to how we apply new technologies.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you will own the delivery of our AI operating system and core platforms. You will sit directly with our engineers and AI team every day, turning high-level business goals into technical requirements. Your job is to figure out the "what" and the "how" so the engineering team can focus on the build. This means writing clear product specifications, mapping out system logic, defining edge cases, and removing roadblocks so the technical team can ship code quickly and reliably.

  • Partner directly with engineering and AI teams to translate complex, high-level objectives into deeply technical requirements and delivery plans.
  • Dissect intricate system challenges and workflows to ensure engineers are unblocked and building the right things efficiently.
  • Focus heavily on delivery, technical execution, and analytical/strategic platform work.
  • Drive the core capabilities of our Lawrence AI engine and platform architecture, ensuring scalability and exceptional performance.
  • Create and maintain tight, delivery-oriented feedback loops with the technical team.
  • Immerse yourself in the legal domain, dedicating yourself to a steep learning curve to understand the unique constraints and workflows of the legal sector.
  • Work with the leadership team on product strategy, vision, priorities, and technical roadmap across the entire business.
  • Use data, analytical tools, and a deep understanding of system architecture to inform product decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • A deeply technical product mindset. You don’t need to write code, but you must know exactly how to work with engineers, speak their language fluently, and dissect problems into technical requirements.
  • Exceptional experience working on relevant, complex technical platforms and environments.
  • A highly delivery-oriented approach with a proven track record of shipping complex, high-quality technical products in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, capable of balancing immediate engineering needs with long-term platform architecture.
  • The adaptability and rigor to ramp up quickly in a complex legal sector, while immediately adding value on the technical delivery side.
  • Deep understanding of modern product development practices and end-to-end delivery alongside engineers.

  • Introductory call with our Talent team
  • 1:1 with the Director of Product
