At Woodstock, you’ll be part of a people-first culture where ideas are welcomed, collaboration is second nature, and your contribution really matters. We invest in our internal teams because we know they’re the engine that keeps everything running and we’re proud of the culture we’ve built together.

About Woodstock Legal Services & Lawhive Partnership:

The Woodstock vision was to create a law firm that felt different, one where lawyers had true freedom and flexibility within a community of grade A lawyers and the best operational and regulatory support on offer - all while ensuring our clients remain our constant focus.

Since 2014, Woodstock has grown into a thriving community of lawyers, built on the principle that legal practice can be both professional and personal. We set out to create a place where lawyers have the freedom to shape fulfilling careers, and where clients benefit from clear, expert advice delivered with genuine care. That vision remains at the heart of everything we do. By joining the Lawhive Group, we are strengthening this vision - combining the trusted relationships and values that define Woodstock, with innovative tools that ease the pressures of legal work. This means our lawyers can dedicate more time to what matters most: guiding and supporting our clients.

The Role:

This isn’t just an administration role - it’s an opportunity to become a key part of Woodstock’s operational and compliance function. As an Operations Associate (focussing on Panels & Compliance), you'll play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of our panel management, regulatory obligations, and internal compliance processes.

Working closely with the Operations Team, Directors, and Consultants across the business, you'll help maintain the systems, records, and accreditations that underpin the firm's success. You'll be trusted to manage important compliance workflows, coordinate with external stakeholders, and ensure critical information is accurately maintained and reported.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the confidence to identify, upscale, and resolve issues efficiently. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex processes and want to build your career within a growing professional services business, this role offers excellent exposure and development opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Managing panel administration across lender and regulatory platforms, including new panel applications, account setup, and ongoing panel compliance.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for compliance queries, managing the compliance inbox and escalating complex matters where required.
  • Supporting key regulatory and accreditation processes, including CQS renewals, DBS checks, and SRA practising certificate administration.
  • Overseeing mandatory training compliance, onboarding new joiners to training platforms, and monitoring completion across the business.
  • Maintaining accurate compliance records and supporting the continuous improvement of training, knowledge management, and operational processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience working within a law firm, professional services organisation, or a regulated environment is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in an operational, compliance, administration, or support function.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A methodical and detail-focused approach to compliance and record keeping.
  • Confidence using multiple systems, databases, and online platforms.
  • A willingness to learn, develop expertise in compliance processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
