- Manage a portfolio of civil litigation matters, focusing on:
- + Advising clients in civil disputes with another party
- + Drafting letters before action
- + Drafting and filing different types of claims
- + Instructing barristers/advocates on behalf of clients involved in litigated matters
- Manage cases from commencement all the way through to conclusion.
- Advise clients on legal merits, potential outcomes, and next steps.
- Hands on experience in Civil Dispute/Litigation matters
- Excellent organisational skills to manage a high volume caseload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Empathy and patience when dealing with questions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
