The Opportunity

Our Wills, Trusts and Estates team are looking to appoint a solicitor to the team with between 2-4 years PQE as part of its continued progression. Your day-to-day caseload will involve working on the full range of non-contentious matters including the preparation and drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as handling estate administration work (including advice relating to inheritance tax and the preparation of IHT accounts) for a wide range of private clients.

As part of the role, you will receive extensive supervision and training to develop your knowledge and experience in a successful private client department. In addition, you will be responsible for your own clients and caseload as well as being expected to be involved in team, and firmwide, business development activities.

You will be joining a busy team dealing with a wide range of matters and will be working in a friendly, professional department. Our Band One recognised Chambers and Legal 500 team continues to grow and there is now an exciting opportunity for you to develop your career to join an expanding, busy team with high quality work in this area. You will work with colleagues on large cases whilst benefitting from supervision and support from the widely experienced team. You’ll also work together with other colleagues within the contentious and non-contentious teams and take part in business development opportunities.
