Our Real Estate team is one of the largest in the South East outside of London and prides itself on providing City quality work. The team is currently looking to recruit a 0-4+ years PQE solicitor to join their growing team. We envisage the role suiting someone between 0-4+ years PQE but candidates outside of this are welcome to apply.

Our exceptional lawyers handle a wide range of property transactions – including the acquisition and disposal of interests in real estate on individual sites and property portfolios, planning, environment and construction work, landlord and tenant matters and taxation and finance issues.

The role involves joining our team which handles a wide range of property transactions and advice – including office, industrial and retail lettings, large residential developments, investment property, secured lending and agricultural / rural estates work, acting for owners and occupiers, sellers and purchasers and financial institutions. You need not have experience of all these areas to apply - we’re interested to hear about your skills and interests.

Our friendly and talented team has a strong training ethos with regular team training events and development opportunities and we are keen to invest in the career development and progression of our lawyers. Marketing activities are strongly encouraged and there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in social events for team and business development reasons.
