The OpportunityAs a Family Paralegal, you will play an integral role in supporting the team on a wide variety of matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse cases
- General family law advisory work
Working closely with fee earners at all levels, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client correspondence and maintaining files
- Drafting legal documents, court forms and witness statements
- Preparing court bundles and supporting litigation processes
- Conducting legal and factual research
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and other third parties
- Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of cases
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures

- A degree (minimum 2:1 preferred)
