The Pricing Manager at Lawfront will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies across the group to maximize profitability and growth. This role involves analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to set competitive prices for Lawfront's services. The Pricing Manager will work closely with the Pricing Champion, finance, marketing, and regional management to put in place pricing strategies and tactics in line with the company's overall business objectives. Additionally, the Pricing Manager will support the development of a strong pricing culture within the firms, encouraging confident pricing behaviour among fee earners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a group-wide overview of hourly and menu pricing in each firm.
- Conduct pricing and profitability analysis and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to set competitive prices.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and business needs.
- Develop pricing models and tools to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and regulations.
- Organise external pricing training and provide direct support to fee-earning teams on pricing strategies and tools.
- Encourage strong pricing behaviour among fee earners, mentor, and offer training.
- Communicate the benefits of confident pricing and share best practices.
- Provide advice on pricing strategy and support management in pricing decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in pricing or a related field is a plus.
