We are looking for an exceptional communicator to create and deliver internal communications across the Lawfront group. Our current Internal Communications Manager is being seconded to a key project within the group, so we're looking for someone to assist us on a fixed‑term 12‑month contract. Working closely with the Lawfront Executive, Business Services and our regional law firms, this role will play a key part in ensuring colleagues receive timely, relevant updates aligned to Lawfront's strategy, while driving engagement through positive storytelling that brings the benefits of being part of Lawfront to life. This is a great opportunity to play a central role in Lawfront's internal communications function, with direct exposure to senior leadership, the chance to enhance the colleague experience, and become part of a fast‑growing, ambitious organisation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in delivering internal communications, ideally across a professional services, legal, private equity‑backed or multi‑brand business
- Outstanding communication skills and experience of creating written content for intranets, newsletters and events, and making complex information clear and engaging
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment
- A flexible mindset, able to prioritise communications in line with evolving business needs
- A collaborative, proactive working style, comfortable working across functions and with senior leadership
- Previous exposure to a matrix management structure would be advantageous
- Experience of delivering communications across a range of channels, with proficiency in SharePoint intranets and organising virtual events an advantage
What You'll Be Doing
- Producing high‑quality, engaging content across a range of channels including intranets, newsletters and internal events, translating complex information into clear, compelling messages
- Working with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, business services functions and Lawfront's regional law firms to ensure consistent, timely communications are shared
- Coordinating internal communications for new firm acquisitions, including post‑acquisition communications to integrate new firms into the group
- Organising colleague events and promoting engagement by supporting initiatives such as Town Halls and Partner briefings, conferences, colleague engagement activities and general executive communications
- Maintaining the internal communications calendar, ensuring key impactful messaging to colleagues
- Managing internal communications sign‑off and approval, to ensure governance and consistent messaging
