The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our established and successful Family Law department. You will handle a broad range of private family matters, working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive team.

We are seeking a solicitor who combines strong technical expertise with empathy, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client care during some of life's most challenging circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters, including:
    • Divorce and separation
    • Financial remedy proceedings
    • Children matters
    • Cohabitation and relationship disputes
  • Providing clear, pragmatic, and high-quality legal advice and representation
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring an excellent client experience throughout
  • Supporting the continued growth of the department through networking and business development activities
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across the wider Family Law team and firm

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Family Law
  • Strong technical knowledge across private family matters
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Business development experience or an interest in building professional networks would be advantageous
