As part of this growth, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented People Systems & Operations Assistant to join our growing People & Culture team.

This could be an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is interested in HR, people systems, technology and process improvement.

The role will support HR systems implementations, data management, learning and development administration, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Systems & HRIS Support
  • Support the implementation and administration of Cornerstone and other People systems.
  • Assist with HRIS data management and data quality activities.
  • Assist with employee file management and document migration projects.
  • Support HR system upgrades and enhancement projects.
  • Maintain user guides, process documentation and training materials.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Gather, validate and analyse people data from multiple systems.
  • Support data cleansing and audit activities.
  • Learning & Development Administration
  • Coordinate training events, booking venues and managing logistics.
  • Maintain the Learning Management System and training records.
  • Monitor learning completion rates and produce reports.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Document processes, workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement projects across People & Culture.
  • General People Operations Support
  • Provide administrative support to the wider People & Culture team.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records in line with company standards.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Ideally around 12 months administration experience, or a recent graduate seeking a career in HR.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable working with systems and data.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
