We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our Insurance and Regulatory Team based in our Southampton office.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a modern and growing firm.
Our experienced Insurance and Regulatory Team specialises in all areas of insurance litigation ranging from small value claims right up to £multi-million cases.
The team acts for major European and UK insurers and brokers as well as businesses and individuals.
We have a proven track record of handling all types of claims from initial liability enquiries, small and fast track claims through to High Court and contested multi track cases in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of dealing with small and fast track RTA claims and credit hire matters.
The applicant will be confident in handling their own files.
This is a busy and demanding role and will require excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
