Our ongoing development in our people and practice areas means we’re looking for an experienced Solicitor with ideally 2-5 years' PQE to join our Commercial Property Team in Southampton. This is an opportunity to become part of a progressive, collaborative and well-respected team at a time when our presence across the region is going from strength to strength.

The role is based in our Southampton office, where you will work as part of a specialist team with extensive expertise in all areas of property law. Our lawyers are leaders in their practice and act across a variety of transactions. You will take on a varied caseload, working with clients who value our clear, pragmatic and commercially aware approach. Alongside your technical expertise, you will play a key role in helping drive the continued growth and profile. This role offers the autonomy to develop your practice, the support to progress your career, and the platform of a recognised regional firm with national-level capability.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Exposure to high-quality, complex work from day one
  • Managing a busy caseload including acquisitions and disposals (including investment and owner-occupation transactions), landlord and tenant work, leases, and development projects
  • Providing strategic and commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s circumstances
  • Actively contributing to business development initiatives and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
  • Collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless client experience

About you:
