Trethowans in Southampton, with regular travel to Winchester, Salisbury, Bournemouth and Poole, is seeking a proactive People Advisor to join our People Team.

This role combines generalist HR support with coordination of early careers and professional qualification programmes.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will deliver day-to-day HR advice, support managers, manage absence and flexible working requests, and help recruit and develop trainees and apprentices across the firm.
