We are looking for a commercially focused Residential Property Solicitor (or equivalent lawyer) with 3+ years’ PQE to join our Salisbury team at a key stage of growth. This role is suited to a lawyer who not only manages a high-quality caseload, but actively contributes to client development, referrer engagement, and team expansion.

About the Team

Our Residential Property team is well‑established and highly regarded across the region, known for its strong referrer relationships and consistent repeat client work. The Salisbury team forms a key part of the firm’s ongoing growth strategy, with a strong pipeline of work from established introducers including estate agents, brokers, developers and repeat clients. Our focus is on sustainable growth through quality work, strong relationships, and efficient delivery in line with best practice and regulatory standards. You will join a collaborative but commercially driven environment with a strong emphasis on client service, relationship management, and financial performance.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • New build matters
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions

Take ownership of matters from instruction through to completion in line with firm processes. Deliver an efficient, consistent service in line with the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol and CQS requirements. Contribute to the team’s financial performance through effective file management, billing discipline, and matter progression. Play an active role in maintaining and growing referrer relationships.

About You

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE. Strong technical experience across residential conveyancing matters. Confident managing files independently from instruction to completion. Excellent client care and communication skills. Commercially aware with an understanding of profitability, file management and service delivery. Proven ability, or a clear and credible plan, to build and maintain a network of introducers. Able to balance quality, volume and client expectations in a busy environment. Ambitious and motivated to contribute to team growth.
