The Opportunity

As a Family Paralegal, you will play an integral role in supporting the team on a wide variety of matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
  • Domestic abuse cases
  • General family law advisory work

Working closely with fee earners at all levels, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client correspondence and maintaining files
  • Drafting legal documents, court forms and witness statements
  • Preparing court bundles and supporting litigation processes
  • Conducting legal and factual research
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and other third parties
  • Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of cases
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures

About You
