Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Reading.
The Role
You will handle a varied and challenging caseload of contentious matters, advising a broad range of commercial and private clients.
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while building strong client relationships.
Your work is likely to include
- Managing a varied and high-quality dispute resolution caseload.
- Developing trusted relationships with existing clients and professional contacts.
- Playing an active role in the growth and strategic development of the department.
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Working alongside specialists across the firm, including our highly successful Real Estate team.
- You will also play an active role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued success and growth of the team.
About You
We are interested in hearing from solicitors who are
- Qualified Solicitors in England and Wales
- Ideally 6yrs years' PQE, although candidates outside this range with relevant experience will be considered
- Experienced in managing a dispute resolution caseload
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicators with a client-focused approach
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic team players who are keen to contribute to business development activities
- Are interested in contributing to the future leadership and growth of a successful team.
