We're looking for an experienced Residential Property fee earner to join our growing team in either Maidstone or Canterbury.
Whether you're a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or have qualified through another route, we'd love to hear from you if you're confident managing a residential conveyancing caseload and are looking to develop your career with a leading regional law firm.

What you'll be doing
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working with a broad range of clients and transactions. You'll also:
- Deliver excellent client service throughout the conveyancing process
- Handle matters independently with minimal supervision
- Build trusted relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Residential Property team and wider firm
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department
What we're looking for
We're open to all qualification routes, but you'll need:
- Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- Confidence using case management systems and legal technology
- Experience dealing with more complex conveyancing matters would be advantageous
The Team
You'll be joining a well-established team of 18 professionals, including Solicitors, Legal Executives, Conveyancers, Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and more, led by Sara Smith . The team is known for its collaborative approach, technical expertise and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
