The Role: We are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic paralegal to join one of the top Real Estate teams of experts in the country, as recommended by The Legal 500. The position will be based in our Leicester office although you may be supporting fee earners from the other offices from time to time. The focus of the role will be to assist fee earners in all types of Commercial Property work. Previous experience of working within Commercial Property or someone with a background in Residential Conveyancing or property related work would be ideal.

The successful candidate will be expected to support all members of the Real Estate department of Nelsons in connection with administrative tasks linked to property transactions, including but not limited to drafting and Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and Land Registry applications, legal document production and file administration.

We are seeking an individual who is highly attentive with a strong eye for detail, an effective communicator and confident in building relationships both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a genuine interest and natural curiosity in commercial real estate. The individual must have excellent time management, interpersonal skills and the dedication to provide client care to a high standard is essential as is the ability to produce accurate work to deadlines.
