As part of this growth, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented People Systems & Operations Assistant to join our growing People & Culture team.

The role will support HR systems implementations, data management, learning and development administration, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
- People Systems & HRIS Support
- Support the implementation and administration of Cornerstone and other People systems.
- Assist with HRIS data management and data quality activities.
- Assist with employee file management and document migration projects.
- Support HR system upgrades and enhancement projects.
- Maintain user guides, process documentation and training materials.
- Data & Reporting
- Gather, validate and analyse people data from multiple systems.
- Support data cleansing and audit activities.
- Learning & Development Administration
- Coordinate training events, booking venues and managing logistics.
- Maintain the Learning Management System and training records.
- Monitor learning completion rates and produce reports.
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Document processes, workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Support continuous improvement projects across People & Culture.
- General People Operations Support
- Provide administrative support to the wider People & Culture team.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records in line with company standards.
- Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Ideally around 12 months administration experience, or a recent graduate seeking a career in HR.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable working with systems and data.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
