We are looking for a current Partner or Senior Associate wanting to progress, who has the ability to help build and grow our team through marketing and business development opportunities in and around Thanet. You should have previous exposure to a wide variety of high-net-worth private client work including wills, probate, trusts, court of protection and estate planning.

As a Partner, you should have experience working within a busy team, with the ability to translate complex legal matters into practical workable solutions for clients and demonstrate keen commercial acumen, understanding the need to provide ‘added value’ to clients. The team currently consists of around 30 individuals (including Partners, Senior Associates, Associates, Solicitors, Legal Executives, Paralegals, Legal Assistants and Secretaries). The team is led by Christopher Eriksson-Lee, and you will be expected to work with your colleagues, as well as independently, dealing with a range of interesting work and clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate they are a team player, who is willing to share their experience and support more junior members of staff, to meet the needs of this highly successful team. You must be organised and able to manage / prioritise your daily workload effectively, to ensure you are delivering excellent client service. To do so, you will need to be able to consistently follow procedure and have a keen eye for detail to ensure a high standard of work is delivered. You will also need to be comfortable working under pressure and be able to use your initiative when required.
