Lawflex is working with a respected international law firm, ranked in the Legal 500, to recruit a qualified Solicitor (1+ PQE) for their expanding Manchester-based Real Estate team. This hybrid position offers the chance to work on a broad range of conveyancing and commercial property matters within a dynamic and internationally focused practice.

The Role:

• Handle a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Assist on a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, leases, and disposals.
• Deliver clear, commercially minded legal advice to a diverse client portfolio.
• Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team with a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Solicitor qualified in England & Wales, with 1 year of experience or higher.
• Solid foundation in conveyancing; any exposure to commercial property is welcomed.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent client communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
