ROLE OVERVIEW
Lawes are currently partnering with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their Property Owners and Construction team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a substantial book of business while contributing to the firm\’s digital expansion and overall growth strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and managed an inherited book of business
- Pipeline of warm leads to follow up
- Opportunity to work on corporate complex premiums
- Support and promote the brokers digital initiatives to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive team performance and business success.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience in managing real estate and construction insurance accounts.
- Strong understanding of the London Market and property owner-specific policies.
- Ability to manage high-value accounts (premiums above £20k) with a strategic and client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with broader business objectives.
