Purpose of Role
Lawes is currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Lines Account handler to look after a large portfolio of clients
Responsibilities
- Maintain an existing portfolio of clients and establish a strong professional relationship
Day to Day
- Handle renewals, mid-term-adjustments and new quotes
- Dealing with customers through email and telephone
- Offering a high standard of customer service at all times
Experience
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Experience working in a broker environment
Skills
