We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join an established insurance brokerage in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial broker claims including commercial property, high net worth, liability, motor fleet, and professional indemnity claims. Theft, water damage and BI claims experience is also very useful. This role requires a strong understanding of claims management systems and excellent communication skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and investigate commercial claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Communicate with clients, brokers, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information for claims processing
- Oversee the entire claims handling process, from initial reporting to final settlement or denial
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders involved in the claims process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective claims management
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to commercial claims handling
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in commercial claims handling

DAY-TO-DAY
- Reviewing and assessing new commercial claims received

- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the status of claims and any relevant developments
