Job title: Corporate Commercial Account Handler
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Our client, a global leader in risk and insurance solutions, is seeking a motivated Client Service Advisor. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home and the Chelmsford office, providing a supportive environment where you can thrive. You’ll play a crucial part in helping clients make informed decisions, delivering tailored risk solutions, and ensuring outstanding service at every step.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering excellent day-to-day service
- Provide technical insurance and risk management advice
- Work with Client Managers on tailored Service Plans and attend client/insurer meetings
- Recommend improvements to insurance programmes and negotiate terms with insurers
- Prepare marketing presentations and cover comparisons with the Broking Manager
- Build strong insurer relationships and resolve client queries efficiently
- Identify opportunities to offer wider business solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and risk frameworks
Day-to-day
- Managing a portfolio of large mid-market clients across a variety of sectors
- Partnering with Client Managers to strengthen client relationships and deliver best-in-class service
- Supporting broking teams to achieve optimal solutions for clients
- Attending client meetings and insurer discussions, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
- Taking part in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contributing to a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry, ideally within commercial risks
- Knowledge of global placements (beneficial but not essential)
